All horses must have a certificate of veterinary inspection for VS dated 5 days or less from the move in for Medal Finals. This MUST have the horse's SHOW NAME!
All horses will be hand inspected by staff prior to entering the stable area. IF YOU MOVE A HORSE INTO A STALL WITHOUT THIS INSPECTION, YOU WILL BE ORDERED TO LEAVE THE GROUNDS WITH ALL OF YOUR HORSES. Your Medal Finals ends right there.
Move in hours are as follows:
Tuesday 1:00 pm - 8 pm
Wednesday 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Thursday 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
That is it folks. Make your plans according to this schedule. If there is an emergency and you just can not make these hours, you may call Val Williams or Carole Kenney and IF arrangements can be made to accommodate you, we will. This is not guaranteed!
Because of the strictness of the hours and protocol, there will be no day trailering allowed. All horses must stable.
We realize that this adds expense and trouble to your show experience but we need to make it safe for everyone and this protocol has been tested and is our best option.
