  • Use your CHJA# as your username.  
  • If you cannot remember your CHJA# click here.  
  • If you do not have a CHJA number and wish to complete an online membership application, use your 10 digit phone number (numbers only) for now. It will be reset to your new CHJA number after your membership is processed.  If you are completing an application for more than one person, you only need to create one login now to process the application, then you can create logins for the other members later.
  • The following profile information is NOT a membership application. This profile is for website use only, so that your information can appear in the professional services directory (if applicable) and if you submit news, photographs, etc.  This information is not public.  Once you are done creating your user account on chja.org, you can then complete your CHJA membership by filling out the membership forms, checking out, and completing payment.  Only after payment is received will your CHJA number be active.
