Vendor Agreement - 2025 Member Benefits Riding & Horsemanship Clinic and EXPO

    • Event Name: CHJA Member Benefits Riding & Horsemanship Clinic and EXPO

    • Event Date(s): November 7-9, 2025

    • Event Location: The Ranch Event Complex

    • Event Hours: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

  3. Vendor Space and Setup:

    • Booth/Space Location: Vendor spaces will be set up in the main concourse between both rings.

    • Setup Time: Friday November 7, 2025 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

  4. Vendor Fees:

    • Fees:

      • 10x10 $125

      • 10x20 $225

      • Trailer $300

    • Payment Due Date: October 1, 2025

  5. Permits and Licenses: The Vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required to operate at the event.

  6. Vendor Responsibilities:

    • The Vendor shall maintain their booth/space in a clean and safe manner.

    • The Vendor agrees to comply with all local laws, regulations, and event rules.

    • The Vendor is responsible for all equipment and materials necessary for their operation.

  7. Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, the Organizer will notify the Vendor as soon as possible. The Organizer will refund the fee.

  8. Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the Vendor’s participation in the event.

  9. Insurance: The Vendor must carry adequate insurance coverage for their participation in the event. Proof of insurance may be required by the Event Organizer.

  10. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 15 days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination by the Vendor, any fees paid are non-refundable.

  11. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

  12. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
